Job summary

Stryker in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Support Specialist - Manual & Robotic to promote hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons, provide frontline clinical support, and optimise customer service across Edinburgh and surrounding regions.

You will train surgeons on Mako robotic procedures, assist in pre-operative planning, troubleshoot robotic systems, and collaborate with the Sales Team to expand existing accounts while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Clinical support experience with hip/knee products.
• Ability to train surgeons in robotic-assisted procedures and Mako robot.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Driving licence required for UK travel.
• UK work eligibility and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Train and guide surgeons and staff in the use of Mako robot during procedures.
• Assist with pre-operative CT planning and implant sizing.
• Troubleshoot robotic issues and coordinate with Field Service.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to expand existing accounts and support growth.
