Job summary

Spark Epos is offering an apprenticeship in IT and robotics support. You will learn to install, configure and troubleshoot service and cleaning robots while developing IT, networking and customer-support skills through hands-on activity and supervised visits.

With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will gain practical experience in mapping, calibration, Wi‑Fi setup and product configuration as part of a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Interest in robotics, automation, electronics or IT with a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Clear communication, reliability and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work well in a team.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work safely in varied environments.
• Basic digital skills and interest in Android devices, Wi‑Fi and connected equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn robot mapping, navigation setup, route testing and calibration using specs and procedures.
• Assist with site surveys to understand customer environments and installation requirements.
• Prepare equipment and help maintain stock records for robotic parts and consumables.
• Travel with the team to support installation, configuration and commissioning of robots.
• Help configure charging stations, workstations, Android devices, software and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
