Job summary

ITRM in Sidcup is recruiting an Apprentice Information Communication Technician to join our service desk and work toward a Level 3 qualification. This 14-17 month programme blends hands-on IT support with structured learning to prepare you for a first-line engineer role.

The apprenticeship includes online coaching, learning portal access, and regular progress reviews, with topics spanning networking, security, cloud services, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Interest in ICT and desire to progress into a career in IT.
• GCSEs with Maths and English essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the Level 3 qualification alongside hands-on service desk work.
• Engage with online coaching and learning portal, upload work, meet coach regularly.
• Learn topics: networking, security, cloud services, troubleshooting, coding and scripting.
