Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to roam the Midlands, covering Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Northampton and surrounding areas. You will own your territory, build relationships with in-store decision makers and drive availability and promotions for Red Bull Grocery.

This permanent role offers £27,980.98 per year plus a 15% performance bonus, a company vehicle, fuel card and tech.

Qualifications

• Target-driven and resilient.
• Confident talking to anyone — from staff to managers.
• Full UK Manual driving licence.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with key in-store decision makers
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations
• Using data and insight to prioritise high-value stores
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight
• Competing to be the best — and being rewarded when you are
• Provide flexible support across territories and channels during peak periods, launches, and key business initiatives.
