Acosta Europe is hiring a Field Sales Representative to cover the Roaming Midlands Territory, including Leicester, Birmingham, Coventry, Derby and surrounding areas. You will drive Red Bull Grocery availability, win prime space and engage with store decision makers in FMCG retail.

The role demands a proven ability to sell face-to-face, plan territory activity, and deliver against targets. A full UK driving licence is required and a company vehicle is provided, along with fuel card and tech

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, FMCG, or field sales is a bonus.
• Strong relationship-building with in-store decision makers.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence

Responsabilités

• Own relationships with key in-store decision makers
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
• Executing high‑impact merchandising and brand activations
• Using data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight
• Provide flexible support across territories and channels during peak periods, launches, and key business initiatives.
