Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own and grow a Red Bull Grocery territory across Epsom and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with in-store decision makers, drive product availability and optimise displays.

The role is permanent with a base salary of £30,092.48 plus a 15% performance bonus, plus company vehicle, fuel card and tech provided. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus - not a must.
• Full UK Manual driving licence is required.
• You should be target-driven, competitive and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spot gaps, fix issues and maximise every visit.
• Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
