Job summary

RAC is looking for a Roadside Technician in Bourne to join our Patrol division. You’ll perform mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK, starting and finishing at home with an RAC van and full equipment.

With a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and 2+ years’ experience, you’ll enjoy a market-competitive base salary of £36,400 plus a realistic OTE of around £60,000, and a range of benefits including holidays, pension and

Qualifications

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• Alternatively 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support.
• Start and finish each day at home with RAC van and tools provided.
• Work across the UK delivering quick, confident solutions and great member service.
