Job summary

RAC is recruiting a Roadside Technician to join its Patrol division, delivering expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Start and finish at home with your own RAC van and diagnostic kit provided.

To be eligible, you’ll hold a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience OR 5+ years as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, plus a full UK driving licence with few points and a willingness to work on a

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience OR 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish your day at home, with a RAC van, fuel card, full uniform and diagnostic kit provided.
