Zusammenfassung

RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician to perform mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, implement quick, confident repairs, and help members return to the road with strong customer service and safety in mind.

You’ll work in a flexible pattern with demand-led shifts averaging around 40 hours per week, and opportunities for overtime, training, and IMI accreditation as you grow in your role.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Aufgaben

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults independently and get members back on the road quickly.
• Support customers with excellent service while using diagnostic technology.

Ausbildung
