RAC is seeking a skilled Roadside Technician to join our Patrol division. You’ll diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs, and support members across the UK with confidence and care.

Based in the Harlow cluster area and covering nearby towns, you’ll start and finish each day at home, with a RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and diagnostic kit provided. Learn, grow and be rewarded as part of a heritage brand.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Deliver roadside repair and diagnostics
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK
• Start and end your day at home with local focus
• Utilise tools, diagnostic kit and RAC van provided
