Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to perform expert roadside repairs, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll start and finish your day at home, working in your local area to get members back on the road quickly and confidently.

We offer a market-competitive base salary and a realistic OTE, with shifts averaging around 40 hours per week and optional overtime. You’ll receive full RAC van, tools, uniform, fuel card, and support to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert roadside repair and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish your day at home while visiting members in your local area.
