RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll start and end your day at home, working with your RAC van and diagnostic kit to quickly resolve faults for members in need.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience.
• Alternatively 5+ years' experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Troubleshoot faults and provide quick, confident solutions for RAC members.
• Start and end your day at home; operate with RAC van, fuel card, uniform and tools.
