The RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician to deliver expert roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, solve problems and help members continue their journeys safely using the latest diagnostic tools.

Starting on your driveway with demand-led shifts of around 40 hours per week, you’ll benefit from a structured development programme and the opportunity to achieve IMI accreditation, plus a base salary of £36,400 with a realistic OTE of

Qualificações

NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsabilidades

As a Roadside Technician you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
You’ll diagnose faults, solve problems and help members continue their journeys safely using the latest diagnostic technology.
You’ll work independently to diagnose faults, solve problems and provide quick, confident solutions when members need help most.
