Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to join the Horsham cluster. You’ll perform roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support using a Level 2 qualification and at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, helping members get back on the road.

You’ll start and end your day at home, with an RAC van, fuel card, full uniform and essential tools provided, plus opportunity to boost earnings through overtime and bonuses as you support customers across the UK.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification with at least 2 years' post-qualification technical experience
• Customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK
• Tackle challenges head-on and provide quick, confident solutions to members
• Start and end each day at home with RAC van, fuel card and tools provided
