Job summary

RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician to perform mobile mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, repair vehicles roadside, and restore customers’ journeys with confidence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years’ experience in light vehicle maintenance or similar role.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic and driving licence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics across the UK.
• Move quickly to diagnose faults and help members continue their journeys.
• Use latest diagnostic tools and maintain high customer service standards.

Full UK driving licence

Education
