Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician who can work independently.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside assistance calls and repair vehicles on site when possible.
• Make safety-led decisions on repair versus recovery.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide reassurance.
