Job summary

RAC is looking for a Roadside Technician to join the Warrington cluster. You’ll perform diagnostic and roadside repair, plus emergency breakdown support across the UK, starting and finishing at home with a 40-hour week and optional overtime.

You’ll need an NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience, or 5+ years as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, plus a full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• Or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and roadside repair.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish at home, with 40-hour weeks and optional overtime.
