RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs and emergency breakdown support across the UK from the patrol division. You’ll diagnose faults, repair on the roadside and ensure members can continue their journey safely.

The role offers a base salary of £36,400 with an attractive realistic OTE of £61,000, and a structured development pathway to IMI accreditation. Shifts average 40 hours weekly with optional overtime and upfront training support.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Mansioni

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics across the UK.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions to members.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or fault finding to get members back on the road.
