Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics across the UK. This role offers flexibility with shifts including days, evenings, weekends and peak demand periods, supported by a development pathway and IMI accreditation opportunities.

You will diagnose faults, support members on their journeys and apply exceptional customer service using the latest diagnostic tools. Enjoy a varied, autonomous role beyond the workshop.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and provide quick, confident solutions to members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while working with latest diagnostic technology.
