Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking Digital Engineers to join our Roads Digital Engineering team.

You will merge engineering know‑how with digital technologies to improve project delivery, data quality and collaboration across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. You will work with engineers, designers and project managers to mobilise and deliver digital workflows, implement and refine engineering applications, and develop reusable digital tools across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital engineering disciplines and infrastructure delivery.
• Understanding of how digital technologies and data improve project delivery.
• Experience with digital systems and workflows in multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation and delivery of Digital Engineering and Information Management across projects.
• Set up and support CDEs and digital collaboration platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk, SharePoint).
• Develop and improve digital workflows for creation, management, review, coordination and delivery of project information.
• Support multidisciplinary design coordination through model federation, review, clash detection and issue management.
• Apply automation and computational techniques to improve engineering processes and data quality.
• Develop digital tools, dashboards and integrated workflows using Power Platform, FME, Python, C#, Dynamo and Grasshopper.
• Structure, analyse and visualise project data to support delivery and decision-making.
• Support GIS, location intelligence and asset information workflows.
