WSP is seeking Digital Engineers for its Roads Digital Engineering team in the UK. The role blends engineering knowledge with digital technologies to improve project delivery, data management and collaboration across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

You will work with ProjectWise, Autodesk platforms, SharePoint, GIS and automation tools to develop efficient digital workflows, coordinate models and support client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital engineering delivery, BIM coordination and information management.
• Understanding of infrastructure project delivery and how digital data improves outcomes.
• Experience with digital platforms such as ProjectWise, SharePoint or Autodesk.
• Ability to develop practical digital solutions to improve efficiency and information reliability.
• Familiarity with GIS, Python, Dynamo or Grasshopper is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support mobilisation and delivery of Digital Engineering across projects.
• Set up and support CDEs, digital collaboration platforms and data workflows.
• Develop and improve digital workflows for creation, management and delivery of project information.
• Support design coordination through model federation, clash detection and issue management.
• Apply automation and computational techniques to streamline processes and improve data quality.
• Develop reusable digital tools and dashboards using Power Platform, FME, Python, C#, Dynamo or Grasshopper.
• Structure and visualise project data to support delivery and decision making.
