Job summary

WSP is recruiting Digital Engineers for our Roads Digital Engineering team. You will work with engineers, designers and project managers across infrastructure projects, applying digital technologies to improve delivery and information quality.

You will develop and implement digital workflows, support CDE platforms, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team. Hybrid working options in the UK are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Engineering, BIM, Information Management or CDE management.
• Understanding of engineering/infrastructure project delivery and how digital data improves delivery.
• Experience with digital platforms and technologies such as ProjectWise, iTwin, Autodesk, SharePoint, Power Platform, FME, ArcGIS, Python, C#, Dynamo or Grasshopper.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation and delivery of Digital Engineering and Information Management across projects.
• Set up, configure and support Common Data Environments and digital collaboration platforms.
• Develop and improve digital workflows for creation, management, review, coordination and delivery of project information.
• Support multidisciplinary design coordination through model federation, design review, clash detection and issue management.
• Assist with engineering applications, CAD/BIM environments, standards and digital assurance processes.
• Apply automation and computational techniques to improve engineering processes and reliability of project information.
• Develop digital tools, scripts, dashboards and integrated workflows using Power Platform, FME, Python, C#, Dynamo and Grasshopper.
• Structure, analyse and visualise project data to support delivery and decision-making.
• Support GIS, location intelligence and asset information workflows and enhance information integration between systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify practical digital solutions for delivery challenges.
• Develop reusable digital tools/templates/workflows for cross-project use.
• Contribute to Digital Delivery strategies, standards, procedures and guidance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on digital systems and processes.
