Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking Digital Engineers to join the Roads Digital Engineering team. You will combine engineering knowledge with digital technologies to help projects run more effectively, improving delivery quality and enabling better decision-making.

You will work with engineers, designers and project managers across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, delivering digital solutions, tooling, and workflows that enhance collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Engineering, BIM, Information Management or CDE management.
• Understanding of infrastructure project delivery with digital technologies.
• Experience with digital systems/workflows in multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to develop practical digital solutions to improve efficiency and information reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation and delivery of Digital Engineering and Information Management across projects.
• Set up and support CDEs and digital collaboration platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk, SharePoint).
• Develop digital workflows for creation, management, review and delivery of project information.
• Support model federation, design coordination, clash detection and issue management.
• Apply automation and computational techniques to improve engineering processes.
