Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking Digital Engineers to join our Roads Digital Engineering team.

You will work with engineers, designers and project managers on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, applying digital technologies to improve delivery, data quality and collaboration. Your role involves setting up and supporting CDEs, developing digital workflows, and contributing to model coordination, design review and information governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Engineering, BIM and model coordination, Information Management or CDE management.
• Understanding of engineering and infrastructure project delivery with digital tech.
• Experience using digital systems and workflows in multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to develop practical digital solutions to improve efficiency and information reliability.
• Familiarity with ProjectWise, iTwin, Autodesk platforms, SharePoint, and Python/C#/Dynamo/Grasshopper is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation and delivery of Digital Engineering and Information Management across projects.
• Set up and support CDEs and digital collaboration platforms like ProjectWise and SharePoint.
• Develop digital workflows for creation, management, review, coordination and delivery of project information.
• Support design coordination through model federation, clash detection and issue management.
• Contribute to engineering applications, CAD/BIM environments and digital assurance processes.
• Apply automation and computational techniques to improve engineering processes and data quality.
• Develop digital tools, scripts, dashboards and integrated workflows using Power Platform, FME, Python, C#, Dynamo and Grasshopper.
• Structure, analyse and visualise project data to support delivery and decision-making.
• Support GIS, location intelligence and asset information workflows and improve information integration.
