Job summary

The AA is seeking a Road Operations Data & Support Coordinator Specialist to provide high-quality coordination, data management and administrative support across Roadside Operations. You will maintain accurate data, support managers with timely information and adapt to changing operational needs.

You will balance day-to-day tasks with opportunities to streamline processes using SharePoint, Forms and Power Automate, while safeguarding sensitive information and working with colleagues at all

Qualifications

• Experience managing operational data and systems with accuracy.
• Experience with SharePoint, Forms or automation tools.
• Experience in a busy operational/service environment.
• Data analysis and reporting capability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and organised with the ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operational, patrol, vehicle and workforce data across AA systems and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Coordinate workforce administration including leave, overtime, return-to-work and absence tracking.
• Gather and analyse information for contravention and NIP processes; aim to save costs.
• Support Patrol supply chain with T&E and Uniform.
• Improve multistep processes using SharePoint, Forms and Power Automate.
• Coordinate financial and purchasing activity including invoice processing and stationery orders.
• Plan and coordinate engagement activities, meetings and stakeholder events.
• Partner with managers to resolve resource and support queries while handling confidential data.
