The Mitre in Hampton Court is seeking a trusted Night Porter to join our Front Desk team. Our 40-bedroom hotel blends glamorous dining spaces, riverfront terraces, an orangery, an all-day café, and a quirky library by the Thames, just 40 minutes from Central London.

You will provide limited food and drinks service to resident guests after hours, check in late arrivals, ensure security, perform admin duties, and act as on-duty manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide limited food and drinks service to resident guests after hours.
• Check in any late arrivals and keep Front of House areas clean and tidy.
• Ensure the hotel is locked up and all is safe and secure.
• Some minor admin/clerical duties including evening report daily.
• Be the responsible Person and enforce fire safety procedures.
• Liaise with emergency services where necessary.
• Set up breakfast for the hotel guests.
