Law Staff Limited on the Hertfordshire/Essex border is seeking a detail-driven Risk and Compliance Lawyer with 2–6 years’ experience in data protection, AML, regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will handle day-to-day data protection matters, manage subject access requests, assist onboarding, perform AML/KYC checks, respond to client complaints, and support risk queries within a modern law practice.

• 2–6 years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day data protection compliance matters.
• Manage subject access requests and support responses to potential data breaches.
• Support onboarding processes.
• Conduct AML and KYC checks.
