Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE in risk and compliance within private practice.
Strong knowledge of data protection law, contract law, AML and conflicts of interest.
Proven track record advising senior stakeholders and leading compliance programmes.
Excellent drafting and attention to detail; proactive approach; interest in AI/LegalTech.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on AML, conflicts, supplier risk, client engagements, and professional conduct.
Advise on data protection matters, breach management, DPIAs, LIAs, and regulatory requirements.
Lead risk and compliance projects and report to senior management.
Draft, implement, and update firm-wide compliance policies.
Design and deliver internal training and supervise junior colleagues.
Identify and prioritise internal risk issues and drive strategic initiatives.
Promote and integrate AI tools in risk and compliance processes.
