Job summary

A leading US law firm in London is seeking a Risk Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves vital administrative support to the Risk function, with responsibilities including diary management, maintaining records, and managing supplier relationships. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year's administrative experience in a law firm, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in English. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £32k and hybrid working options after training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience within an administrative role in a Law Firm.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, and coordinate.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organising and taking minutes for team meetings.
  • Diary management for the Risk team.
  • Maintaining records, including high-risk, PEP, and other AML registers.
  • Liaising with senior legal personnel to coordinate meetings.
  • Managing supplier relationships and processing invoices.
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks.
