Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is hiring Ride Operators for our Rides & Attractions team. You will help run a variety of rides, ensure safety standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be 18+, fluent in English, and flexible to work up to 5 days a week, including weekends. Full-time and part-time roles with pro rata benefits on offer, plus Merlin Magic Pass and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read fluent English.
• 18+ eligibility to apply.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced guest-facing roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate rides and attractions in a safe, compliant manner.
• Provide memorable guest experiences and assist guests as needed.
• Be trained to operate multiple ride types across the resort.
