Job summary

Merlin's LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is hiring a Ride Operator to join the Rides & Attractions team. You will help operate multiple ride types, uphold safety regulations, and deliver magical guest experiences in a busy park environment.

Full time or part time roles with hours across 9:00am–7:00pm, including term-time and half-term shifts. Training provided; opportunities for additional roles within the resort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to speak and read fluent English.
• Good eyesight and hearing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with flexible availability.
• First Aid qualification desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate rides ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Be trained as ride attendant and operator on types 1–4 rides.
• Participate in evacuation procedures including working at height.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences daily.
• Assist with hygiene cleaning and cleanliness duties.
• Be multi-skilled to reflect resort needs (e.g., Retail).
