Job summary

TipTopJob, a leading health care provider in the Northwich area, is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join a remarkable nursing home delivering nursing, dementia, residential, respite and end-of-life care.

You must hold a current NMC pin. The role offers day or night shifts with a salary of GBP22.50 per hour, up to GBP56,160 per year, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, paid training, enhanced bank holiday rates, and recognition schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Proven experience in a care setting preferred.
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
• A good team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
• Report any ill health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits where necessary.

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Northwich, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.

This nursing home provides nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care.

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
