Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join an exceptional nursing home in Knutsford, Cheshire. The role covers nursing, dementia, residential, respite, end of life, and convalescence care with permanent day and night shifts.

The successful candidate must hold an active NMC PIN and bring empathy, leadership and strong teamwork to the team. GBP23.00 per hour with annual salary up to GBP57,408, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer all medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are maintained with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Report illnesses and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.

An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Knutsford, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.

This is a fantastic nursing home provides a range of care services, including: nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care, end of life care, and convalescence care.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always
• A good team player

Benefits

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP23.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP57,408 per annum.
