TipTopJob is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join a premier nursing home in Northwich, Cheshire. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, adhering to NMC guidelines, and work across day or night shifts on a permanent basis.

To be considered, you must hold a current active NMC Pin and have experience in a care setting. The role offers GBP22.50 per hour, up to GBP56,160 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Northwich, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.

This nursing home provides nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care.

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• Able to show a can:do attitude always
