CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to work in a brand new nursing home in the Liverpool area. The role involves nursing, dementia, residential care, mental healthcare and specialist learning disability services.

You will assess residents, administer medications, and maintain care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives and health care professionals. A current NMC pin is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Good team player with strong time management and leadership skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude in a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, relatives and health care professionals.
• Report ill-health and request GP/professional visits when needed.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a brand new nursing home which is a new-build opened recently in the Liverpool, Merseyside area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home will offer nursing, dementia, residential care, mental healthcare and specialist learning disability services to its residents

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

**To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.00 - £22.50 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
