The role of the Reward, Benefits and Payroll Analyst sits within PAM’s reward function and provides support both PAM and PAA in order to deliver a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy globally across Pictet’s asset management and alternatives businesses. The PAM reward team is split between Geneva and London. Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager (in Geneva), this role can be London or Geneva based.
Your role
› Support the Reward team in delivering the year-end compensation review process for PAM and PAA
› Conduct analysis in relation to the year-end compensation review process as required
› Ownership of the year-end reporting dashboards
› Maintain compensation related data in the compensation system (beqom)
› Administer PAM’s and PAA’s short and long term incentives as required
› Assist with the administration of the UK benefits plans as required
› Assist with the UK monthly payroll
› Support the quarterly accruals/ budgeting process for PAM
› Manage the submission of annual market data surveys and maintain the internal cartography in beqom for PAM and PAA
› Analyse and interpret market data survey results as required
› Support the administration of the relevant remuneration regulation requirements, such as issuing certificates, completing required disclosures/reporting (including the UK gender pay gap reporting)
› Assist with the annual remuneration audits
› Undertake analysis and presentation of data in line with the current reward agenda for PAM and PAA
› Manage Headcount dashboards and HR reports and ensure the follow-up
› Respond to requests from the RFP team
› Ad-hoc reward admin and project work
Your profile
› Previous experience in a reward and/or payroll function is desirable, preferably gained within financial services
› Good working knowledge of Excel, Tableau and experience of using different compensation systems
› Experience with SAP/ ADP payroll helpful but not essential
› Remains calm under pressure and when managing multiple competing priorities
› Ability to work alone, managing own workload effectively, and as part of a team
› Ability to communicate at all levels
› Strong attention to detail, deadline focussed and good organisational skills
