The role focuses on compensation, grading, job architecture, and supporting annual reward review processes. You will help embed a modern reward framework and work across a matrix organisation to drive transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or related HR function.
• Strong understanding of reward principles including compensation and grading.
• Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to provide expert reward advice.
• Support annual salary review, bonus and incentive programmes.
• Contribute to job architecture and grading activities.
• Conduct reward benchmarking and market analysis.
