Job summary

VanRath is seeking a dynamic Compensation & Rewards HR Partner to own the reward strategy for a leading FMCG manufacturing business. You will drive annual pay reviews, bonus cycles, and pension projects, partnering with senior HR and finance to deliver measurable business impact.

This role requires deep knowledge of pay governance, job architecture, benchmarking, and advanced Excel analytics. You will guide reward policy, ensure governance, and develop the Reward Advisor and team capabilities in

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and reward structures.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and pay governance.
  • Proven track record delivering annual pay reviews and bonus cycles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and pension projects.
  • Develop & maintain job architecture and benchmarking frameworks to support internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide expert reward advice to senior stakeholders and HR leadership.
  • Drive reward transformation initiatives and implement reward policies aligned with best practices.
  • Analyse reward data to generate actionable insights and produce detailed reports for executive teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate reward processing and compliance.
  • Manage reward governance, audit readiness, and internal controls.
  • Line manage and develop the Reward Advisor, supporting team capability and performance.
