Job description

Reward Partner – Global CoE | Permanent | Hybrid | London

We are currently partnering with a leading European e-commerce logistics provider on an exciting opportunity within its newly set up Global Rewards Centre of Excellence. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, the business continues to grow across multiple international markets, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to changing priorities and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

As part of the Global Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in supporting reward strategy, job architecture, pay transparency and reward analytics across a diverse international workforce.

Reporting to the Manager, Global Total Rewards, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing compensation advice and market insights to support reward-related decisions. You will also contribute to the development of consistent, scalable reward frameworks and practices across the organisation.

This role would suit an analytical and proactive reward professional who is comfortable managing competing priorities, navigating a changing environment and building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct job evaluations for new and existing roles using IPE, Mercer or equivalent methodologies.
  • Deliver compensation benchmarking activities using external market survey data including Mercer, WTW and Radford.
  • Maintain global salary structures, pay bands and job catalogues across the organisation.
  • Prepare and analyse compensation reports, market positioning data and reward insights for business leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus planning and merit increase cycles through data modelling and analysis.
  • Validate and process compensation changes, partnering with HR Administration and Payroll teams.
  • Support pay transparency, pay equity and pay gap analysis initiatives.
  • Identify compensation anomalies, compliance risks and data quality issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Advise HR Business Partners on compensation-related matters including offers, promotions and market benchmarking requests.
  • Maintain reward governance documentation, policies and processes.
  • Support reward-related HRIS testing, configuration and data integrity activities.
About You
  • 3-5 years’ experience within Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Reward Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience conducting job evaluations using IPE, Mercer or a comparable methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and external market survey data.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation review and salary planning processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH and large dataset analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling sensitive reward data.
  • Confident communicator capable of explaining compensation concepts to a broad stakeholder audience.
  • Experience working with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is advantageous.
  • IPE certification, GRP qualification or willingness to gain certification would be beneficial.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional European languages would be advantageous.
What’s on Offer?
  • Opportunity to join a growing international organisation within a high-impact global reward function.
  • Exposure to a complex, multi-country rewards environment.
  • Involvement in key projects across pay transparency, reward governance, compensation benchmarking and job architecture.
  • Close collaboration with HR, Finance, Payroll and Reward stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Salary of £70,000 – 80,000 pro rata plus an annual performance bonus of 15% of base salary.
  • Competitive benefits package.
  • Excellent opportunity for professional development and career progression within a global Centre of Excellence.
