The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, advanced Excel and experience with HR systems, delivering accurate insights and timely outputs in a high-pressure period.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward/Compensation/HR analytics.
• Experience supporting annual salary review and bonus processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and large data manipulation.
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and present data accessibly.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Methodical data checking, validation and problem-solving.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual salary and bonus review process, including data preparation, validation, system administration and reporting.
• Analyse reward and employee data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
• Collaborate with People Systems to ensure accurate reward data inputs and system updates.
• Support salary budget modelling, tracking and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.
• Handle reward-related queries via the team mailbox with timely responses.
• Contribute to wider Reward projects and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately within deadlines.
