Job summary

Bupa is seeking a data-driven Reward Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role offers locations in Salford Quays, Leeds, London or Staines with hybrid work and 2 days in the office each week.

You will deliver reward analysis, modelling and reporting to support the annual pay and bonus review cycle, collaborating with Reward, Finance and HR. This is an opportunity to influence reward governance and strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Analyst role with strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including modelling and large data analysis.
• Experience supporting reward, compensation, pay review or bonus activities.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with data accuracy for sensitive information.
• Stakeholder confidence across HR, Finance and business leaders.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, pay ranges or pay gap reporting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and presenting data clearly.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Workday, Willis Towers Watson or Korn Ferry methodologies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting key reward activities, focusing on annual pay review and bonus processes.
• Producing detailed reward analysis, modelling and reporting to support decisions.
• Managing bonus calculations, accruals and submissions with accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting development and maintenance of pay ranges using market benchmarking data.
• Contributing to salary survey submissions, job matching and market analysis.
• Assisting with gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and other governance requirements.
• Providing reward insights to HR, Finance and business leaders.
• Improving reward processes, reporting capabilities and data quality.
• Supporting job evaluation and grading activities through established reward frameworks.
