Medical Protection Society (MPS) is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to transform pay and payroll data into meaningful insights that guide reward decisions. You will combine advanced Excel skills with storytelling to model pay reviews, identify trends and present recommendations to the Reward team within a flexible, hybrid setup.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, lookups and PivotTables.
