Job summary

eFinancialCareers is recruiting a Reward Analyst for a six-month fixed-term contract in London. The role focuses on supporting the year-end compensation review, payroll benchmarking and data analysis within a hybrid setup requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will work with a small Reward team, handling data preparation, validation and reporting, while leveraging advanced Excel and HRIS tools to drive insights and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reward/Compensation/HR Analytics roles.
• Experience supporting annual salary and bonus review processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets).
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual salary and bonus review process, including data preparation, validation and reporting.
• Analyse reward data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
• Collaborate with People Systems to ensure accurate reward data inputs and updates.
• Support salary budgeting, modeling, tracking and reconciliation.
• Contribute to regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.
• Handle reward-related queries and respond accurately.
• Contribute to wider Reward projects and process improvements.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality across analyses.
