As a Reward Analyst, you will focus on data and analytics required to support all aspects of the annual compensation processes at Quilter. Key activities include supporting the Group’s annual salary and incentive cycle, analyzing market data surveys, maintaining incentive accrual files, developing and testing reward systems, and supporting regulatory disclosures such as Pay Gap calculations and Living Wage monitoring.

You will also partner with HR and the business to provide technical reward guidance, support salary and incentive proposals, ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion principles, and contribute to project work aligned with strategic priorities.

About You

Relevant experience in a Reward role supporting multiple compensation cycles is essential. Familiarity with financial services roles, Willis Towers Watson, and McLagan data is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required; Workday HCM and Curo Compensation knowledge are advantageous. You should have a high level of numeracy, an analytical mindset, and experience handling large data sets in a financial or relevant context.
