About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team remotely. This role is crucial in optimising our Reward offering and delivering maximum benefit to our people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain knowledge of the benefits market and employer obligations to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain job evaluation and structure.
  • Benchmark roles to stay competitive.
  • Manage annual pay, bonus, and benefits cycles.
  • Oversee company car fleet and pension schemes.
  • Manage third-party contracts, renewals, and budgets.
  • Communicate Reward offerings through various mediums.
  • Manage staff discount and privilege schemes.
  • Own the Runway Rewards portal.
  • Conduct annual Gender Pay Gap Analysis.
Skills Required:
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, fleet management, and compensation approaches.
  • Strong communicator and influencer.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Essential), Adobe InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and provide insights.
  • Critical thinker, confident to challenge.
  • Understanding of UK law and regulations impacting Reward practice.
