About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reward Specialist to join our team. You will support the Senior Reward Manager, Europe & USA, in the effective delivery of the annual reward processes and projects. Your responsibilities include analyzing data and providing clear insights and guidance to inform decisions on pay and benefits. This role is suitable for someone currently working at a Junior Reward Partner level and seeking to advance their career.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks, including proficiency in modeling and data analysis. You should be able to present insightful recommendations based on data insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Integrity and discretion are crucial, as you will handle sensitive employee compensation data.
