About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reward Specialist to join our team. You will support the Senior Reward Manager, Europe & USA, in the effective delivery of the annual reward processes and projects. Your responsibilities include analyzing data and providing clearly articulated insights and guidance that drive better decision-making on pay and benefits.

This role would be suited to someone who is currently working at a Junior Reward Partner level and looking to advance their career.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks, including proficiency with modeling and data analysis. You should be able to present insightful recommendations based on data insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Integrity and discretion are crucial, as you will handle sensitive employee compensation data. If you are proactive, a strategic thinker, thrive in dynamic environments, and stay updated with industry trends, we’d love to hear from you!
