Job summary

H Company is building frontier AI tools and is scaling its GTM engine. The role owns revenue architecture, forecasting, and data systems, with emphasis on pricing governance, deal workflows and comp plans. You will report to the COO and collaborate with GTM leads and partners as we establish repeatable playbooks.

The ideal candidate has proven RevOps leadership in B2B SaaS, fluency in SQL/BI tools, and a data-driven mindset. English required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building RevOps from early stage to scale in B2B SaaS or AI.
• Experience with enterprise sales-led and usage-based revenue models.
• Strong CRM capability and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end GTM process across self-serve and enterprise motions.
• Run weekly forecast, annual/quarterly planning, capacity modeling.
• Own GTM data stack, data hygiene, integrations, and pipeline accuracy.
• Set pricing governance, discount approvals, and contract workflows.
• Build sales comp plans and quota tracking in collaboration with People/COO.
• Produce revenue metrics for leadership (NRR, CAC, win rates).
• Operate RevOps automation and leverage internal agents.
