Job summary

Totara is seeking a RevOps Systems & Integration Lead to own the data layer across the commercial stack, ensuring data is trustworthy, well-documented and accessible from source systems. You will set cross-system data standards and own the integration backbone, starting with Sage and ProjectWorks.

You will work across Finance, Commercial, Customer Delivery and Product to align data flows and enable reliable BI reporting using Power BI, while not building reports yourself.

Qualifications

• Strong CRM experience with HubSpot preferred and primary data source ownership.
• Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS, MD/M or ETL platform and ability to model data for BI.
• Experience modelling data for Power BI and reporting reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own Syncari administration and data flow rules across the stack.
• Define cross-system data standards, mapping, deduplication and conflict handling.
• Build and document account hierarchies; reduce per-case exceptions.
• Integrate Athena data into Syncari and ensure correct formatting for Power BI/HubSpot.
• Review roadmap/backlog and propose priorities within 60 days for executive sign-off.
