Job summary

Totara is seeking a hands-on Master Data & Integration Lead to own the integrity of shared commercial data across its connected systems. You will define data models, hierarchy rules and mapping strategies, then implement them via Syncari and related platforms.

You will collaborate with HubSpot, Sage and product systems to ensure accurate, explainable data across reporting layers and operations. You will own day-to-day Syncari administration, monitor pipelines, reconcile data between sources and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building/operating production data integrations using Syncari or similar MDM/IPA platforms.
• Ownership of customer/account data across multiple systems.
• Experience defining account matching, hierarchy, and data-mavin rules.

Responsibilities

• Define shared data model, terminology and standards across systems.
• Establish authority for each entity/attribute and mapping across systems.
• Configure, test, publish and monitor Syncari pipelines and data flows.
• Document data models and governance rules for traceability and maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity and survivorship across acquisitions, mergers and moves.
